1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Vellura Sanctum's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Booking and Cancellation

Our booking and cancellation policies include:

• Full payment is required to secure your reservation
• Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival receive a full refund minus processing fees
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before arrival receive a 50% refund
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival

4. Health and Safety

Guests are responsible for disclosing any health conditions or concerns before participating in our programs. We reserve the right to modify or cancel activities based on safety considerations or individual health requirements.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Vellura Sanctum's website and services are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Vellura Sanctum or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
